You may download a registration form and drop it by the office with your enrollment fee or you may register online. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our office.
Enrollment is taken in the order it is received. A waiting list will begin for certain age levels when a class becomes full. Classes run from September to June ending with the recital. Our classes are based on a yearly tuition schedule and amortized into equal monthly payments, therefore we require that students fill out an exit form which requires a 30-day notice. Adult classes can be taken on a drop-in or monthly basis.
Rules/Regulations
Proper respect for one's self, the faculty, and fellow students is expected at all times. We want to ensure that we provide a positive environment for growth and learning by reviewing rules and regulations at the beginning of the year and revisiting them as needed. The studio reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student whose attitude, attendance, or conduct is found to be unsatisfactory.
Attendance
Regular attendance is necessary in order to make progress in class. If a student is going to be absent, we ask that you call the studio and let us know.
Missed Classes and Refunds
There are no pro-rated fees for missed classes or holidays. There will be no refunds for classes missed due to illness or injuries. Payments may not be reduced in order to accommodate family vacations. Any class cancelled because of a teacher absence will be made up at a time arranged by the teacher. If the school must cancel classes due to extreme weather or events beyond our control such as power outages, the missed lessons are added on to the end of the teaching year, or a makeup class will be provided during the year. No refunds for lessons missed due to these reasons are given. Tuition is prorated to adjust for holidays.
